12 Session In Person Hybrid Training

A perfect option for in person and virtual coaching! This hybrid workout plan offers the perfect blend of in-person guidance and the flexibility of virtual coaching. You'll receive a personalized program crafted by myself during your 12 in-person sessions. These sessions will establish your baseline fitness level, identify your goals, and create a customized program. To complement your in-person training you'll also have access to our mobile app, which provides workout plans, a direct line to your trainer for 24/7 support. The One time fee pays for 4 sessions at a time. You can them within a month of purchase. This allows for you to purchase your 12 sessions on your own time. The subscription charges you every 2 weeks for 4 sessions assuming we meet in person twice a week for 6 weeks. The program includes a combination of in-person and virtual workouts that target all major muscle groups, including upper body, lower body, and core, ensuring a well-rounded fitness routine.

Customizable for your life- on vacation or business trip? We can update your program to make sure you're still moving when you're on the move

  • Nutrition that works: Forget those useless fad diets. Get coached on how to make your nutrition personal- based on your goals, what you actually ENJOY eating and your basal metabolic rate, so you can fuel your body for results that are sustainable

  • Your own virtual coach: Stay motivated and accountable with weekly check-in calls. I will guide you on building habits, answer your nutrition questions, and ensure proper exercise form to avoid injury.

  • Progressive overload: This program keeps things challenging! I will gradually increase the intensity of your workouts to help you build muscle and lose fat effectively.

  • Track your progress: Celebrate your achievements! Our program includes a comprehensive tracking system that monitors your nutrition, workout performance, weight loss, and changes in your body.

How it works

  • Pay $320 every 2 weeks for 6 weeks - 2 sessions a week.
  • Pay $320 for 4 sessions a month every month you renew for the month. Use the sessions as you see fit in the month.
